Refund policy

At QuickLid, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in original condition and unused.

• To request a refund, contact us at QuickLid.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a QuickLid error.

Note: Customized or used items may not be eligible for a refund.
